Desert Lilies is part two in the trilogy of Kelvin Ray Elliott adventure series books. In book one, The Rainbow Scorpion, readers saw Kelvin come to the aid of Antonio Vargas, a once notorious cartel leader from Juarez, Mexico. Antonio’s desire to leave the cartel had put the lives of his daughter and his grandson in danger. He had to find a way to hide them in the United States. Kelvin came to believe that accomplishing this, was the right thing to do, and agreed to help. A unique friendship was formed between Kelvin and Antonio, even though the only thing they seemed to have in common, was a special love of their families, and incredible bravery.
