A Structural Model of Healthcare Personnel Readiness for Telerehabilitation: A Case Study in Malaysian Rehabilitation Centre by Mahadi Bahari, Waidah Ismail & Tiara Izrinda Jafni

This writing is based on the research and critical experience of the authors' research on therapeutic rehabilitation where a study was conducted to look into the readiness of healthcare personnel in rehabilitation centre in Malaysia to carry out a rehabilitation therapy process at patient’s house known as telerehabilitation or TeleRehab. The study attempted to address this issue by analysing the interrelationship between the factors that impacted the readiness of healthcare personnel for TeleRehab.
