Doi Suthep is one of the holy mountains of northern Thialand, where it holds dominion over the western skyline of the old city of Chiang Mai. During the author's seven month stay, he taught English, took pictures, wrote poetry, and met a lot of people from around the world. In the Shadows of Doi Suthep, he shares some of his experiences with wanderlust and homesickness, food and cooking, as well as thoughts on current events from home and abroad.
