This collection of eleven narratives and ten poems provides a personal view of life as a young boy growing up on Texas farm. The collection addresses work, social activities, and family in a way that was unique to that time period, the 50s and 60s in Texas, before the appearance of computers, cell phones, and all the other modern distractions.
