This book is based on the People-to-People educational exchange program U.S.citizens experience while visiting Cuba. The main goal for participation is to gain knowledge about the country, its people, and its culture. All participants are required to adhere to scheduled activities and not allowed to deviate from the itinerary. A requirement is that a record and travel journal of this trip be kept by the participant. This is my book [journal] composed of images and text reflecting my 8 days in Cuba. There are 99 stunning, full color images along with essays covering the history which has created the Cuba we experience today.
