Regional Disparities and Federalism in Malaysia examines the constitutional powers of the Federal Government and the State Governments, including powers over mineral and petroleum resources, land, forest, industrialization as well as foreign trade. In particular, it relates these powers to financial and administrative decisions, which have influenced regional disparities.
