Synopsis

Blood Red Moon is the result of my journey to find the truth in what most of us have traditionally regarded as irrefutable as contained in The New Testament. My reading of the Bible coupled with years of extensive research including cross-referencing dates, times, places and events, has irreconcilably altered my perception of what is commonly regarded as the story of Jesus in the New Testament. Blood Red Moon delves into some of the accepted notions of Jesus’ family life and times, into the political and personal intrigues current at the time. The perceived concepts of Heaven and Hell as understood by ordinary people who lived at the time of Jesus and the perplexing notion of Virgin Mary’s Immaculate Conception. I unravelled some of the accepted terminology and concepts inherent in The New Testament as well as Jesus’ traditionally accepted demise by crucifixion, Jesus’ resurrection from the tomb and specified the time period of his prophesied second coming.
