Synopsis
This guidebook is written in particular for the undergraduate students at the OUM. It is an additional learning resource to guide them for preparation of the final test. In addition, it is enhancing their employability skills, especially building managerial capability
As a tutor employed by the university, the author has many years of experience in connecting with students in classroom environments as well as online tutorials (CEOT).
He surveyed students “must visits sites” regularly, they are including the libraries, bookstores and Internet! Besides that he was studying their behaviors, he also took notes on “good to have” factors while having his observations. In summary, he noticed that there are a significant numbers of reference books which have been published for university students but not many writers are so keen to produce “workbooks” per se!
As a result, these have inspired him to embark on this book project!
He hopes that upon the completion of this guidebook, students are encouraged to reach out to the tutor to intellectually discuss their needs for preparing their final tests even when it is offline.
Finally, two notes regarding this guidebook are that (1) the words in Italic are keywords that are especially good to know; and (2) the management terms in Part 4 lists more than 300 terms and phrases clearly defined in simple English in this guidebook that are considered “must know.”

A fun way to learn. While studying, students tab into their experience in preparing for the final test. In addition, they can sell their experience to other junior students in the same course and this intiative might help them to generate extra incomes.
The author has the pleasure to introduce the publication of the self-made dictionary for course BBPP 1103.
An attempt has been made to provide a concise dictionary with a view to explaining the various terms of management terms, management phrases, management theories, management models as well as management theorists.
Hence, the author believes this guidebook is containing updated information on all important aspect of studying the concept of management.
This book is pided into 3 Parts. Part 1 contains the general words of introduction about what management is; Part 2 deals with the production guide for the dictionary; and Part 3 is the practical workshop for application of managerial skills in their employment markets.
The aim is being to provide convenient and legible form a comprehensive management vocabulary aid for students who are preparing to sit their final tests, showing it as a way this guidebook is a self-made dictionary will surely motivate them to earn an extra mile in life. This is an experiential learning and a life-long benefiting learning skills.
This guidebook should prove to be of great utility to them.
