Writings in Science, a History of the Future, is a sci-fi novel in stories, essays, poems, and plays. It may not be the thickest Sci-fi book written, but it may be the biggest in scope. The premise is this: millions of years from now the Earth is dying from the massive changes in our star, the Sun. In the rush to flee the planet, one man named I, collects his favorite writings in science to preserve Earths legacy before it is destroyed. He has assembled a history of the future from now to then. The book is written in two parts. The first is called I, and covers the future history of Earth before our first contact with aliens. The second part is called We and covers the history of the Earth after first contact.
